Untie This Moon

Ordinary arms cannot pull the weight of the Moon on a string.
And yet, you've made extraordinary when I am not.
You've stretched and pulled my body, taunted like the edges of the tide.
A shipwreck skillfully beaten on every shore of your incontinence.

Is it my fault you are so ignorant to sensation?
I can fell the pulling and pulsing of a world I do not belong to.
Because you have tied it to my ordinary arms, knots taut with pressure.
Undoubtedly I will crack and crumble soon under this discrimination.

You will not see it happening.
You will not feel it as I do.
